THE CLAIMS PROCESS

— Free assessment

Tell us what happened. We will tell you whether we think you have a claim, usually on the same call, at no charge and with no obligation.

— Agreement and funding

If we take the case on, we set out the funding arrangement in writing, including the success fee and any after the event insurance, before you sign anything.

— Investigation

We notify the other side, gather evidence, and arrange an independent medical examination to assess your injuries.

— Negotiation

We put the claim to the other side's insurer and negotiate settlement. Most claims are resolved at this stage.

— Settlement or proceedings

If a fair settlement cannot be reached, we advise on issuing court proceedings. Most claims still settle before a final hearing.
