Sian is a litigation executive in NJS Law's personal injury team, the team behind Injuries Direct. With more than 17 years in the legal profession, she handles claims for people injured on the road, at work, in public places and on someone else's premises.

About Sian
Sian has worked in the legal profession for more than 17 years, most of them in personal injury, with further experience in costs and credit hire. She has completed a Level 6 CILEX qualification and is an MCILEX Advanced Paralegal.
Today she is an EL/PL Litigation Executive at NJS Law, the SRA-regulated law firm behind Injuries Direct. She handles road traffic accident, employer's liability, occupiers' liability and public liability claims, working under the supervision of a qualified solicitor.
Sian is warm, approachable and understanding, especially when a claim involves sensitive or complex issues. She works to achieve the best possible outcome for every client and gives clear, supportive guidance at each stage of their claim.
