The Agreement

The agreement will be between you the applicant (the “client”) and your spouse/partner, if appropriate, and Money Back Direct whose address is St George Chambers, St George’s Place , Macclesfield SK11 8BT . The service and all information provided by Money Back Direct are for clients who reside in the United Kingdom only.

Clients will be deemed to have read and agreed our Terms of Business on receipt of either a signed copy of such or on receipt of a signed copy of a Letter of Authority, which ever is the former.

Regulation

Money Back Direct is a trading style of Injuries Direct Ltd, registered No. 04805947 Injuries Direct is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities CRM2960

Our Commitment

We will not charge any up front fees.

  • We will act for you, with your best interests in mind. We therefore do not act for your creditors.
  • We will keep all of your information confidential except when we are required by law or at your request to disclose your information. We will also return any original documents when these are no longer required.
  • We will not sell or pass on your details to any third parties but they will be held by Money Back Direct.
  • We will perform this service with due care, skill and attention and within a reasonable time.
  • Money Back Direct reserves the right to decline an application if we feel it necessary or appropriate to do so.

Your Commitment

You agree to our fees, as set out under “Our Fees”.

  • You agree to complete the Client Statement form accurately.
  • You will provide or return all requested items within a reasonable time.
  • You agree to appoint us as your agents to act on your behalf when dealing with your compensation claim.
  • You agree that not all claims are successful. If your claim is unsuccessful there will be no charge.

Our Fees

Money Back Direct will act for you, the client, in relation to pursuing a claim against the lender for miss-sold payment protection insurance for cases with value under £5,000 on a “no win no fee” arrangement, meaning if you are successful in your claim for compensation we will deduct 25% + VAT subject to a maximum of £2,500 + VAT of the overall damages awarded for our work on your case. Money Back Direct will act as a referrer for you to our panel solicitors if the value of the claim is greater than £5,000 with the same payment terms as above.

Your Rights to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your claim within 14 days after signing this form, should you wish to do so please do so in writing to the address given under section “The Agreement”.

Complaints

We are committed to provide a quality, professional service with your best interests in mind. In the unlikely event that you feel the need to complain, this should be addressed to ‘The Compliance Officer’ at the address given under the section ‘The Agreement’. Your letter will be acknowledged with 5 working days and, following a full investigation, a response will be given within 28 days. Should this not resolve you complaint to your satisfaction, we will refer it to the Office of Fair Trading or similar body or arbitration. Please note that complaints will not be accepted unless received within 6 months of the alleged cause of dissatisfaction.
