How Long Will It Take?
The length that it takes to settle a claim for compensation, depends entirely on the circumstances of each case. If the third party admits liability immediately it may reduce the time it takes to settle the case. On average it can take up to six months for a road traffic claim and about twelve months for an accident at work.
